The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the selected winner.
All travel must be booked through Globetrotter Travel, LLC by the agreed-upon deadline.
Any unused portion of the prize value cannot be carried forward or refunded.
The winner will receive a luxury cruise experience valued at $5,000. Once the winner is selected, they will work directly with Globetrotter Travel, LLC to plan and book their cruise based on their preferred dates, itinerary, and cabin selection.
Any costs exceeding the $5,000 prize value (including upgrades, taxes, port fees, or itinerary enhancements) will be the responsibility of the winner at the time of booking.
This raffle is conducted by The 16t Annual Exotic Car Show in support of North Pole Charity. Travel arrangements associated with the prize will be coordinated by Globetrotter Travel, LLC (“Travel Advisor”).
The 16th Annual Exotic Car Show is the sole sponsor, administrator, and operator of this raffle and is solely responsible for all raffle administration, ticket sales, winner selection, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Globetrotter Travel, LLC serves solely as the provider of the travel prize and travel planning services associated with the awarded travel credit and is not responsible for the administration, operation, promotion, or conduct of the raffle.
Nothing contained in these Official Rules shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or legal affiliation between The 16th Annual Exotic Car Show, North Pole Charity, and Globetrotter Travel, LLC beyond the provision of the prize described herein.
The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of ticket purchase.
Employees, owners, officers, directors, and immediate family members of The 16th Annual Exotic Car Show, Globetrotter Travel, LLC, and North Pole Charity are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.
Eligible participants may enter the raffle by purchasing an official raffle ticket from The 16th Annual Exotic Car Show during the raffle period.
All proceeds, less applicable expenses, will benefit North Pole Charity.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Ticket sales begin on July 3rd, 2026 and end on Saturday, September 5th, 2026
Only tickets purchased during the official raffle period will be eligible for the drawing.
One (1) winner will receive a luxury travel experience credit with a maximum value of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000 USD).
The prize must be booked through Globetrotter Travel, LLC and is subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions outlined in the Winner Acceptance, Release of Liability & Acknowledgement Agreement.
The winner is responsible for all expenses exceeding the prize value, including but not limited to airfare, taxes, resort fees, gratuities, travel insurance, excursions, transportation, passport fees, visa fees, upgrades, and personal expenses.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.
The winning ticket will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible raffle tickets sold.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of raffle tickets sold.
The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days, fails to complete required documentation, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to collect any documentation required for tax reporting purposes.
By purchasing a raffle ticket and participating in the raffle, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The 16th Annual Exotic Car Show, North Pole Charity, Globetrotter Travel, LLC, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, costs, or causes of action arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance and use of the prize.
The 16th Annual Exotic Car Show, North Pole Charity, and Globetrotter Travel, LLC are not providers of transportation, accommodations, tours, excursions, or other travel services.
All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Neither The 16th Annual Exotic Car Show, North Pole Charity, nor Globetrotter Travel, LLC shall be liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, service failures, insolvencies, bankruptcies, injuries, losses, damages, or other actions of any travel supplier.
Participation in travel involves inherent risks.
By accepting the prize, the winner voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel and participation in travel-related activities, including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, cancellations, weather events, transportation disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
By purchasing a raffle ticket and entering this raffle, participants agree that The 16th Annual Exotic Car Show’s decisions regarding ticket eligibility, winner selection, prize administration, interpretation of these Official Rules, and all other matters relating to the raffle are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
The 16th Annual Exotic Car Show, North Pole Charity, and Globetrotter Travel, LLC shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, modifications, substitutions, or inability to fulfill any aspect of the prize due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, supplier insolvency, terrorism, or other force majeure events.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, postpone, substitute, or cancel the raffle or prize if necessary.
Under no circumstances shall The 16th Annual Exotic Car Show, North Pole Charity, or Globetrotter Travel, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in the raffle or use of the prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maximum liability of The 16th Annual Exotic Car Show, North Pole Charity, and Globetrotter Travel, LLC shall not exceed the stated value of the prize awarded.
This raffle shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from the raffle shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.
Purchase of a raffle ticket constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
Participants further acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms governing the raffle and prize.
